Goodbye My Childhood tells the heartfelt story of Xin Ying, a woman who returns to her childhood street in Pudu after 20 years, only to find that it is marked for demolition.

 

As she stands among the familiar surroundings, memories flood back—of her joyful childhood spent with her loving grandparents, helping at their store, riding her grandfather’s bicycle through a bustling street, and listening to Teresa Teng's music.
